Begin subject with product and customer ID (eg: Subject: WSC4C 1234) or with "Subject: MSC HELP".
Zip up any attachments. Emails with attachments other than zip files are usually deleted.
Emails with blank "Subject:" headers are usually deleted.

Email is normally answered within 24 hours during the work week. If you do not get a reply from us within 24 hours, most likely (1) we are not receiving your email, or (2) your server is deleting our email.
