We currently offer 3 levels of security for your credit card number when ordering on our non secure server. The lowest level is to just type in your card number on this form and not worry.
An intermediate level of security is to fill in your credit card number except replace the first 4 digits with 'XXXX'. After submitting this form, send a separate email with just your initials and the first four card number digits. Alternately, you can FAX us your credit card number at 256-880-0925 (24 hours).
The best form of security is to get a copy of Pretty Good Privacy (PGP). Use PGP to encrypt your initials and credit card number with our public key then email it. PGP is widely available on the net. See USA Version of PGP (at MIT) or International Version of PGP

For all SMTP/POP3 Email Engine, FTP Client Engine, Winsock Interface Library, MarshallSoft DUN Dialer, and Windows Standard Serial Communications Library products (which have text, Word, and HTML documentation), there is a charge of $20 (or $25 outside of the North America) to have the three manuals air mailed. However, all three manuals can be nicely printed since they are provided in WORD format. Manuals are also provided online and can be accessed on the individual product page.
For all other products (which have only text file documentation), the cost is $10 per product in North America, $14 per product everywhere else. We ship 2-day priority US mail, or air packet overseas.
